Joint Public Hearing Rezoning Request

A Joint Public Hearing will be held by the Shenandoah Planning Commission and the Shenandoah Town Council to consider the following Rezoning Request:

Shenandoah Assembly of God, who owns parcels of property located at and near 712 Maryland Avenue, Shenandoah, Virginia, identified as tax map numbers 102A4-(1)-3 lots 7-13.  The applicant is requesting a rezoning, on the entire tract of all lots referenced on the above property, from R2 (Residential 2) to R3 (Residential 3).  The density range in this area is medium to high.  If approved, this rezoning would allow any items listed as a matter-of-right and in compliance with Section 50-68 of the Code of the Town of Shenandoah.

Copies of the request and the Code of the Town of Shenandoah are availabe for examination in the Shenandoah Town Hall 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
