Big Gem Park is located at 736 Fourth Street. Big Gem Park is a 68-acre park with hiking trails, swings, playground equipment, picnic tables, picnic shelters to rent, a gazebo to rent, fishing in the pond, grills available, many picnic tables, benches, and is a geo-cache location.
Big Gem Park is closed from dusk to dawn. Dirt bikes, and ATV's/UTV's are not allowed in the park. Dogs must be on a leash, and please pickup after your pets. Smoking/vaping is prohibited in all areas of the park. Please keep fires just to the grills.
The Daughter of the Stars Farmer's Market is open the second and fourth Saturdays from May to October, and utilizes the Big Gem Park picnic shelter.
Music in the Park is held the last Saturdays of each month from June to September.
