Replace HVAC Sealed Bid

Sealed Bids are now being accepted for the following:

The Town of Shenandoah is accepting sealed bids for five (5) HVAC (heat/AC) Units.  Accepting sealed bids to remove existing and install five (5) brand new HVAC units at 507 First Street, Shenandoah, Virginia.  You may contact Town Manager Juanita Roudabush to set up an appointment for a site inspection. 

Please indicate on the envelope “HVAC Sealed Bid”.  Bids must contain Name, Address, Telephone Number, Copy of Contractors License, Insurance and Amount. Sealed bids must be returned to Shenandoah Town Hall, 426 First Street, Shenandoah, Virginia 22849.

Deadline for sealed bids will be Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., at which time they will be opened.  The Town Council will then review all bids received and  reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

A site inspection may be setp up by contacting Town Manager Juanita Roudabush at the Shenandoah Town Office, 426 First Street, Shenandoah, VA  22849, or by calling Mrs. Roudabush at (540) 652-8164 to set up an appointment.
