Replace Roof

Sealed Bids are now being accepted for the following:

The Town of Shenandoah is accepting sealed bids to remove and replace shingled roof.  Accepting sealed bids to remove and replace existing shingled roof with black architectural shingles at minimum 30-year warranty at 507 First Street, Shenandoah, Virginia – Town Museum and Welcome Center. Alternate bids are being accepted to remove existing shingled roof and replace with black metal roofing with minimum 30-year warranty.

Please indicate on the envelope “Roof Sealed Bid”.  Bids must contain Name, Address, Telephone Number, Copy of Contractor’s license, Insurance, Type of Material and Amount of bid. 

Deadline for sealed bids will be Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., at which time they will be opened.  The Town Council will review all bids and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
