This form should be used by INTERMEDIARIES reporting Transient Occupancy Taxes for Short-Term Rental properties in the Town of Shenandoah.  Submit payments to: TOWN OF SHENANDOAH, 426 FIRST ST, SHENANDOAH VA 22849.  Payment is due by the 20 of the month, following the rental period.
