Film and Guest Speaker at the Museum

2:00 p.m. Film viewing and Guest Speaker at the Town of Shenandoah Museum and Welcome Center (507 First Street, Shenandoah, VA 22849).  The film Shadows is 30 minutes in length and is the story of the establishment of the Shenandoah National Park and the stories of the Blue Ridge Mountain people who were forced to leave their homes and heritage.  Following the film, Bill Henry, founder of the Blue Ridge Heritage Project (BRHP), will be speaking about the mission of the BRHP.
