Replace Wooden Steps and Platform Bid

Sealed Bids are now being accepted for the following:

Design and build replacement stairs and platform at sewer plant. Bid to also include demolition and removal of old stairs at 219 Long Avenue, Shenandoah, Virginia. Prior to bidding walkover site inspections are also available and encouraged. Project completion to be in wood. Alternate bids are also being accepted to construct stairs and platform with metal to include slip resistant step treads.

Please indicate on the envelope “Stairs/Platform Sealed Bid”.  Bids must contain Name, Address, Telephone Number, copy of contractor’s license, insurance, and Amount of Bid.

Sealed bids must be returned to the Shenandoah Town Hall, 426 First Street, Shenandoah, Virginia 22849.  Deadline for sealed bids will be Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., at which time they will be opened.  The Town Council will then review all bids received and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
