Halloween Costume Parade

Join us for the second annual Halloween Costume Parade at the Shenandoah Landing & River Park (315 Morrison Road, Shenandoah, VA 22849).  At 4:15 p.m. Massanutten Regional Library will have a story time.  At 4:30 p.m. we'll have the costume parade, you can have bikes, wagons, strollers, or just walk to loop to show off your Halloween costume.  There will be a fall scene for a photo op.  The Little Red Snack Shack will be giving out free hotdogs and will have other items for sale.  Poppy's Coffee Camper will be there with hot chocolate and coffee for sale.  Businesses, civic groups, and churches have been invited to give out candy.
